Consumer Rights – Withdrawal – Cancellation & Return Policy

GENERAL:

1. By placing an order electronically on this website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.

2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG:27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of purchased products.

3. Shipping fees, which are the cost of product delivery, will be paid by the buyers.

4. Each product purchased will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer within 30 days, unless a longer period is agreed. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers may terminate the contract.

5. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and if available, with the warranty certificate, user manual, and other required documents.

6. If it becomes impossible to deliver the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer in writing within 3 days from the date of learning about this situation and must return the total amount to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID:

7. If the buyer does not pay for the product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ceases.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD:

8. If it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer was used unauthorizedly after the product has been delivered and the product price is not paid to the seller by the related bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days at the seller’s expense.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:

9. If unforeseen force majeure occurs and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the issue is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order and paid by cash, the refund will be made in cash within 14 days. If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to reflect the refund in the buyer’s account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

10. The buyer must inspect the goods/services before accepting them and should not accept damaged and defective goods/services such as crushed, broken, or torn packaging from the courier. Accepted goods/services will be considered undamaged and in good condition. The buyer must protect the product carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

11. The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the purchased product to the buyer or the designated person/organization, without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason, by notifying the seller using the contact details below.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

13. If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period begins from the contract date. If the service has already begun with the consumer’s approval before the withdrawal period ends, the right of withdrawal cannot be used. The buyer acknowledges the withdrawal terms provided in the Distance Contract and Cancellation Conditions when placing the order.

14. Costs incurred due to the use of the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller.

15. To use the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the seller in writing or via the specified communication method within 14 (fourteen) days, and the product must not fall within the scope of “Products Not Eligible for Withdrawal” and must not be used.

USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

16. The invoice of the product delivered to the buyer or a third party must be returned. (If the invoice is issued to a company, the return must be made with a return invoice issued by the company. Returns of corporate orders cannot be completed without a return invoice.)

17. The return form, box, packaging, and any standard accessories of the returned product must be delivered completely and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

18. The seller must refund the total amount and return the documents placing the buyer under obligation within 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice and collect the returned goods within 20 days.

19. If the product value decreases or the return becomes impossible due to the buyer's fault, the buyer must compensate the seller's damages accordingly. However, the buyer is not responsible for any changes or deteriorations due to proper use during the withdrawal period.

20. If the amount falls below the campaign limit due to the withdrawal, the discount used in the campaign will be canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

21. Products prepared upon the buyer's request or clearly tailored to personal needs and which are not suitable for return, such as underwear bottoms, swimwear bottoms, cosmetics, single-use products, perishable goods or goods with an expired expiration date, products that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons once the packaging is opened by the buyer, products mixed with other items and cannot be separated by their nature, periodicals like newspapers and magazines except those provided under a subscription agreement, services provided instantly in electronic format or intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly, as well as audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data storage devices, and computer consumables whose packaging has been opened by the buyer, cannot be returned according to the regulation. Also, services that have started to be performed with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends are not eligible for withdrawal.

22. For cosmetics and personal care products, underwear, swimwear, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and stationery supplies (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) to be returned, their packaging must be unopened, unused, and intact.

23. According to the distance contracts regulation, the following products are not eligible for withdrawal:

  • Contracts for goods prepared according to the consumer’s wishes or personal needs.

  • Contracts for the delivery of goods that can quickly deteriorate or expire.

  • Contracts for goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package are opened after delivery.

  • Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature.
